Event Planning

Guests will be served a variation of our popular Afternoon Tea. This consists of two savories, four assorted finger sandwiches,  a scone with jam and clotted cream, three mini desserts and your choice of an assortment of teas. Each dish will be garnished with two types of fruit. Your specific choices of sandwiches and sweets can be selected from our Catering Menu. These choices and your final count must be supplied to the tea room prior to one week in advance of your event. This allows us the opportunity to make your event the best that it can be. The cost per person is $22 plus sales tax and a 20% gratuity.  A cake can be provided at an additional charge or you may bring your own. We can decorate the dining room with your choice of colors if desired. This will incur an additional charge.  Otherwise, you can enjoy your party or shower in our charming Victorian décor with only the addition of necessary wishing well or other appropriate items. The event can last up to three hours. The final guests must leave promptly when the event time is ended. A minimum of 20 guests are required for events occurring on Sundays or evenings. A $100 non refundable deposit will be required to hold the date and time. Final payment is due when the event begins. We look forward to helping to make your day special. Fruit, cheese or vegetable platters are available at an additional charge.
